I love these earrings, but honestly have to say I'm disappointed in your company. I had a previous pair and after a day of travel, I lost one of them, I reached out asking if I could purchase one earring and your customer service said they couldn't assist. While I wasn't expecting a free replacement, a discount would have been nice. Not an influencer, but I've shared these earrings with several friends who have purchased. Disappointed that I wasn't offered a discount for loyalty.
