The Perfect Size
What a great bag! My only suggestions would be to have a smaller size pocket inside. Small items like lipstick fall so far down, it’s hard to find them.

As you wrote. I recently purchased 2 Otto Backpacks.
Just beautiful yet….
I took the bronze backpack for trip to France. Yesterday, 9/28 one “ end” the handle strap, pulled out of its stitching …
leaving only one leather “ handle” intact.
What do you suggest I do as it has been about 2 weeks “wearing “ your Backpack?
