Mystic Rose Faux Snake Leather - Joe Bonamassa Signature Guitar Strap

They shipped a black and gold strap. I wanted the rose strap to match my new Joe Bonamassa SG Guitar. They sent me a shipping label and I sent it back for an exchange of the rose colored strap. They sent the same black and gold strap, not the rose colored I originally ordered. When I asked for a shipping label to send it back for a refund, they denied the return!!!
