I was very pleased with every a bit of the transaction with Factory UTV. I purchased their skid plate for my Can Am maverick, tie downs, front bumpet and Spare tire mount. The spare tire mount didn't fit quite the way they told me it should. Their response was to give me 3 additional mounting plates At no charge, and I was able to get the spare tire mounted perfectly. We'll definitely do business with them again in the future!
