Unisex Half-Crew Throwback Sock - Athletic Heather Grey/White

Very disappointing experience with Alo’s online order system. I placed a store pickup order on May 4th for an item that was listed as in stock and advertised as ready within 3–5 business days. Nearly a month later, my order is still not available for pickup. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and even visited the Beverly Hills store in person, but no one has been able to provide a clear timeline or resolution. What was most disappointing was being told that this situation had not caused any inconvenience for me, despite the extensive delay and multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I love Alo products, but the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating.
