I am completely new to this kind of training. It was recommended by my therapist to help me work on strength and balance issues. The straps are strong, easily adjusted and the handles are comfortable for my arthritic hands. This system is a great aid in working on core strength and strengthening the extremities all at once. It only took me a couple tries to learn to trust the straps and go for it!
