Great sleep !!

I was a little sceptical when I ordered this but wanted to support a small Irish business. Just a few nights in but the quality of my sleep has improved substantially. I'm falling asleep more quickly and having a much more restful sleep without being at all groggy the next day. Would heartily recommend this if you are a light sleeper.

I love this tonic, I find it helps me to node of to sleep a lot quicker giving me a better night's rest. Very prompt delivery everytime I've ordered. Very happy with this product and I use the turmeric and ginger tonic first thing in the morning
