I was super pleased by the quality of your prints! And your art is absolutely stunning! I couldn’t wait to hang these up! I do have a slight issue with one print, the one of Diluc had arrived damaged. The packaging from shipping and everything was fine, it looks like the print was damaged prior to being packaged. The paper looked as if something scratched up against it, maybe scuffed is the right way to put it. All of the other prints were in perfect condition besides that one.

These prints are absolutely beautiful and I immediately hung them up above my bed in my “GENSHIN SHRINE” that I have and they make such a wonderful addition, I can’t wait til you make more art so that I can buy more from you.
