It is getting used everyday and I just can't say enough about it. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. White glove delivery is necessary as putting the chair together would have been a disaster if I had to do it myself. Very quick from order to delivery (3 days). Could be substantially longer if you choose a color not in stock.
