August 8 - love the bracelet. Very disappointed in the time it took to get it. Missed his birthday in July; then delivered the day after we left town to go see our grandson. Hope to give it to him at the end of August!!

One of the leather ends is not connected. This was a birthday gift. Very sad that it has a loose end. I think you really should replace it. It wasn’t cheap!! Heart broken!
