The bike is huge! Loving it so far.

So far so good. This is a normal price point the back finder was bent on arriving box ripped maybe fork lift not sure. I’m 6’6” bout 340 lbs . It’s a big man’s back for sure or heavy rider . You have to install your front brakes or have professional make bike adjustments gears etc.

It's been close to a month since I've received my bike and still haven't received the missing parts. I contacted their customer a few days after I received it and was part way through the build when I realized the issues. Their customer service rep was unapologetic. Literally. Not a "We're so sorry for your trouble" or anything similar. He was very blunt and just asked for what was missing and asked for proof that the front wheel was tweaked and wobbly. And providing proof, he simply said they'd credit me "up to $25" for wheel truing service. He wouldn't offer me a penny more the trouble I went through to get this service done, including my time spent wasted having to get a BRAND NEW wheel fixed, including gas spent driving round-trip to get it fixed. Nope. Just "$25.00 max". Also when I emailed last week asking where missing parts are he sends back a new tracking number, meaning they never sent my parts out. Save yourself the trouble and buy a bike elsewhere.
