Reverse Weft, Medium Brown Blend

I have been a loyal customer of this brand from 2018. The reason why I chose this company was because their hair was superior! It used to be thick and lasted a very long time. It was time for me to renew my weft... I was so excited to get new hair! I opened the package and was in shock. The weft quality went down tremendously in a year. The brand has rebranded so many times that it has been difficult to find my colors I used to order. I don’t even care that the hair is more expensive, I just want the same product!!!!!!! Donna Bella, you are charging $185 MORE for LESS hair?! Please make this right. I loved you guys, what happened?????
