Block design runner
I bought this neutral runner for my hallway, which gets a lot of traffic. It’s my 3rd Tumble rug, and I love the trendy design and also the fact that if it gets dirty, I can just throw it in the washer.

Checkered obsessed
This is our second tumble rug. I purchased this for a play area for my kids and it is perfect!! Quick shipping, easy to put together and adds such a nice flare to the room. I love the padding for my kids!

Beautiful, practical nursery rug with thoughtful customer service
We purchased the Wren rug in Ivory/Natural for our nursery after having a Ruggable in our main living room for the last three years, so I feel like we had a good point of comparison going in. We have a doodle, and our Ruggable survived all the puppy accidents and daily life beautifully. Our 10x12 Ruggable also fit surprisingly well in our top-load washer, which made us confident trying another washable rug brand for the nursery. When we were deciding between the two brands, we consistently found ourselves liking Tumble’s patterns and color options more. The checkered ivory/natural design feels elevated, soft, and timeless in the nursery without feeling overly themed. Overall, we are very happy with the Tumble rug and feel it was the perfect choice for this space, especially at the price point. The rug feels comfortable underfoot and comparable to our Ruggable walking-wise. A few things we noticed during setup that may help others: The biggest difference between the two brands is the pad system. Ruggable uses more of a Velcro-style attachment system, while Tumble uses interlocking foam puzzle-piece pads underneath. Since Tumble rugs ship folded, ours did arrive with some visible fold lines. Customer service recommended ironing per their care instructions. We didn’t have much luck removing them that way initially, but after washing the rug and letting it settle over time, the lines became much less noticeable. Because we were still actively assembling the nursery — moving heavy Pottery Barn furniture around to install wallpaper and hang art — we also noticed the foam pad underneath developed some permanent furniture indents. You can’t really see them with the rug on top unless you’re looking closely, but you can feel them slightly underfoot. I’d love to see the pad made a bit sturdier in the future to better withstand heavy furniture. Another small suggestion: the numbered labels on the foam pieces are attached with tiny plastic clothing-style fasteners. Since you can feel those through the rug if left attached, we had to remove them all individually. A sticker or printed numbering system would have been much easier and cleaner. That said, Tumble’s customer service was excellent and felt very personal — we were talking to actual people who helped us exchange our original 6x9 for the 8x10 before setup. We also really appreciate that the rug is machine washable and dryable. We’ve already had great success washing it. One final tip: if you’re ordering for a nursery, order the rug before assembling furniture if possible. Installing a large rug in a smaller room around heavy nursery furniture was definitely the hardest part of the process! Overall, we’re really pleased with our purchase and would absolutely recommend Tumble for spaces like nurseries, playrooms, or family rooms.
