Where is my refund already? This is the worst company I have ever dealt with online. You should be ashamed of yourselves for what you have done to me as a first time buyer. Never received a merchandise. I canceled the order. Where is my refund already? This is my fifth time I’m contacting you. This is the last time I’m contacting you. I’ve contacted my bank and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have never even received an email back on any of the messages I’ve sent you. This is a horrible business. Great customer service, no one contacts you. I will never and I will not refer anyone to your company. Horrible horrible horrible. I want my refund immediately. At least have the courtesy to respond to one of my messages. Again this is a disgusting company that takes money and doesn’t give it back. I am disgusted with your company. This has been going on for over a month. Refund my money. The keyword MY money. I will continuously give you bad reviews.

I placed this order. I immediately canceled it probably within two minutes and I still have not received a refund. I’m gonna report this company as fraud. I’ve already disputed it on my credit card and next I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You took my money you had the merchandise return to sender, I did not receive it, but I am still being charged on my bank card. If I could give you less than one star I would have. I was considering placing another order in the future, that will not be happening. I want my money is returned to my card ASAP. Enough is enough already. I have contacted you several times. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve contacted you to refund my money. I want my money refunded right now. Sincerely one extremely dissatisfied future customer.

I canceled this order within three minutes of placing it should never have been placed. I am still waiting for my credit back to my account. I’ve already contacted my bank dispute the charges. As of yet, you still have not refunded my money. This is my third attempt to get my refund. Please refund my money ASAP. And to date, the order was never received. Terrible customer service.
