Very helpful for knuckle pain

Once I wrapped these properly so that they couldn’t slide around over my knuckles, they’ve been a game changer. I make sure there are two or three layers of wrap underneath them, then I secure them by threading wrap through my fingers as usual, starting with the pointer and middle finger. I add an extra layer around the far edge to secure them even more. Now I don’t have knuckle pain during boxing!
