Haven't used it too much yet, except for short walks in the woods. Had it under the left arm with the top strap, and it felt pretty good holding a G23.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. It is very comfortable to wear. I can move around wearing it with no issues and no fear of my weapon sliding or falling out. I've used it with my Kimber Micro 380 Carry and my S&W 9 mm Shield
