Great basket, excellent customer service
I received my round basket with handles that did not sit level and one handle was bent. I emailed the company and got an immediate response back saying they were shipping out a new basket right away, which I got today. The basket is beautiful, wonderfully made. I highly recommend this company and their products!

Inch less in diameter than stated
I think this is probably a good company. However, the 23” basket I ordered was actually only 22”.
