The newer brakes are significantly more solid than earlier zed brakes I’ve had. I tried going brakeless for a season but it isn’t worth it. New brakes are great. No regrets

Installation was super easy, shipping was fast. Just took them out touring this past weekend and they performed well.

I like the G3 bindings a lot. The brakes are light but the durability is to be seen. My second set of brakes in 3 years, mostly due to the small plastic shim you step into place. The rest held up fine.
