The purple ain't purple
Ordered a purple guard, received a guard that was more "magenta" - not matching the photos. Opened a support ticket weeks later with pic and they were kind enough to send me a replacement immediately. Replacement arrived and... perfectly matched the first. The fact that I could get _two_ of the same manufacturing error, weeks apart, with no one noticing between and flagging an issue is... concerning.
