Physical sims the go

Bought 2 unlimited data sims for our granddaughters and 3 sims with calls to Australia and 24Gb of data for our Easter. Holiday in Waikiki Hawaii. 4 of the sims were installed and turned on and worked perfectly. One of the calls and data sims worked for calls but not data. Called the number on the sim info card and had a very helpful Person go through a range of processes and configurations with initially no result to get the data to connect. However later that day it connected for whatever reason. Very happy with the prepaid sims and highly recommend them, particularly for older people like me with little tech knowledge. Physical sims chosen as I thought it would be easier to use with just substituting sims than getting an E-sim and trying to go through a plethera of actions to make it work. For oldies get the physical sims - easy to install and use and works well Thanks Prepaid sims Very happy John
