Sour Cream Apple pie with Crunchy topping

the recipe called for 1 teaspoon vanilla in the sour cream mixture, Instead I used 1/2 teaspoon each vanilla and the Fuji Apple Halo Pantry. It was very good and the apple flavor was pronounced but not overpowering. I used one Honey Crisp and one Granny Smith apple (sweet and tart) for the fruit.
