You could improve by sending the complete set of keycaps. And actually rectifying your mistakes only writing a second review because the website was out of touch enough to email me asking about my experience

Extremely long wait time approx 3 months, keycaps does not have all pieces. Ordered 2 identical layouts of keyboard caps. One came with the correct sizes the second set came with caps missing and they refuse to send the missing pieces. Claiming that they dont make caps for custom keyboards when the first set has every piece included. Pictures offered and still refuses to make it right. Terrible customer service
