We like the new health mate we bought. It was easy to open and setup to start using immediately. Our only complaint so far is that the cord is short. Our old purifier was able to be placed between our living room and kitchen area, the Austin air won’t be able to as the cord length makes it have to go closer to the corner of the living room. If I want to use it in the kitchen I have to wheel it in and place it in that room. Thankfully it has wheels as that makes it easy to slide into a different room. Will just take getting used to moving it verses having one able to fit between the 2
