After sale service

Everything was fine until the absolutely useless response I got when I asked for assistance with a stalled delivery. Most obnoxious email I’ve ever had as a response basically telling me to deal with it myself (even though the delivery providers guidance was to contact Combat Flip flops and ask them to help as they’re the only ones that could raise an issue with them)

Nice sandal.

Got them about a week ago. I’ve worn them around quite a bit and they are comfortable. My only gripe is that I’ve got high arches and I wish there was a little more room to get them on. I’m a 10.5 and ordered an 11 and can barely squeeze them on.
