Not what we expected

Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the quality of this bag. The fabric is quite flimsy, the stitching not great and it is not opaque (which we could not see on the website image). Because the fabric isn't opaque our graphic also looks different from the design in one section. I also have to mention that we had quite a difficult time getting our design approved as the art department made a few errors while proofing. This is the first time we have had a negative experience with Mercha but I wanted to express out concerns.
