IRL V2 G80 G82 G83 Catback Valved Exhaust ( backorder mid July )

Loud, very loud

I just got this exhaust installed today after waiting with the box in my garage for ages. First of all, buying from IRL is great. Amazing customer service and lightning fast shipping. As for the sound (the important part), I have the full catback installed with the valve controller and stock downpipes. It’s insane how loud this car is. People online and videos do not do it justice. It’s extremely loud. The actual loudness inside the car while driving isn’t much different from stock but the tone is more raw and the burbles turn into crackles. You can legitimately feel them in your seat. Revving is scary if you are even within 30 ft of the car and you can easily hear it coming from far far away. Build quality is perfect as is fitment. You won’t regret buying this kit. It also sounds really nice aside from just being loud. If you are considering catless downpipes in addition to this catback, try just the catback first, it is already pretty intense. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this exhaust and I would adamantly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their G8X.

Can't give enough good words about these guys, such good customer service and an even better product!!! They shipped the part out literally same day and i got it in a few days (mind you I'm from Europe and it still came in a few days) The exhaust itself is really 11/10 quality. Would 110% recommend them!
