Wish the Petite had a shorter Rise

I love these pants, but at 5'2 the crotch in the petite is SO low unless I pull them up to my armpits. If the rise on the petites was shorter they would be perfect, but they look baggy like a bad diaper as they are now.

I thought they ran small and was expecting better fabric for the price
