Great service but not so sure about quality of the wallet after my failure

I purchased this with the leather go module to give me a nice place for my common card and DL. Less than 1 year into having this wallet the retaining mechanism broke. My cards would just fall out. Did an RMA, completed the required photo upload and Groove Life sent out a new wallet in about a week. The wallet worked well until it didn't and having it break on vacation made things difficult for me. I am dropping it one star as breaking in the first year is not the best.

I enjoy this wallet. I only had one issue with the side lever piece and they replaced the whole wallet immediately.

Absolutely the best

Have had several groove wallets from the OG, to the Go. I needed more space but didn’t want to sacrifice my phone mount and opted for the mag safe back plate and the updated wallet. Best choice and the best color.
