Custom Embroidered Pet Crewneck

Wonderful customer service! My sweater was actually redone because the original didn’t quite capture my dog perfectly. West & Willow was incredibly responsive, understanding, and eager to address my concerns. The end result exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my sweater, it makes me smile every time I wear it. The quality is excellent, the colour is beautiful, and the likeness of my dog is perfect. 10/10, I would definitely recommend!

I bought this sweatshirt for a dear friend who just lost her best friend, Buster. She loves it and wears it all the time.

LOVED the sweatshirt and my friend who received it as a gift loved it too! The one thing I would suggest is putting it in something that says where it is from, similar to the boxes that the pet prints are placed. I had to tell my friend where it came from since there was no West & Willow card, branded tissue paper, or tshirt label that identified the brand or where it came from. Great product and would definitely recommend :)
