Ted Baker Kate Ladies Watch TE50005021

Not my first purchase from Hogies. I bought this watch as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, when i received the watch, the glass dial was cracked in 2 places. Thankfully, Hogies customer services were very prompt in their replies to my emails and replaced the watch for me in a very timely fashion. The watch looks stunning and the recipient of the gift was very happy. Thank you Hogies customer services. Would 100% purchase from this company again in the future
