It lasts a reasonable amount of time although I wish it lasted longer, the quality is amazing and I love the tingly feeling it gives my lip it’s a great replacement

LOVE LOVE LOVE this flavor of zero pouches. The zero pouches last quite awhile and are full of flavor. Been using these to stop nicotine and they are such a great replacement. Happy that there is no caffeine or nicotine. These have been so helpful in my journey.
