I wouldn't buy again

These are nice, but the buying process was horrible. I originally bought two units while they were on sale. It took over a month to ship and then only one unit arrived. It then took another two weeks to have someone at Muji do something about it, at which point they refunded me for one shelf, but the refund didn't cover the cost of buying a second unit since they were no longer on sale. It then took another two weeks for them to get back in stock for me to order the second one. This one shipped quickly, which was nice, but only the metal frame was shipped; it didn't have the shelves. It then took another week or two to get into contact with someone at Muji that could address my issue and they quickly shipped the shelves. I really like the shelving unit, but dealing with Muji's horrible AI customer service was not worth it. I don't recommend it. It's not worth the headache.

Oak like shelving

I have to say that I was surprised at the quality of the shelves. The only complaint is that it took two weeks to ship other than that very satisfied.

Arrived broken with parts missing

I’ve made multiple attempts to get support from Muji and I have not received any substantive or helpful response. I am still trying.
