Horl 3 pro works like a charm

I bought the Pro version, and soon learned my kitchen knives were not sharpened at 20 degrees! It took quite a bit of time to work my first two chefs knives back to 20 degrees, but they are really sharp now. I have many other knives to sharpen, so I ordered a coarse diamond from Horl before I tackle any more.
