Monica from customer service was extremely fast and helpful with my issue and sent me out an replacement U11 Drone instead of replacement arms for a worry free experience. Motor turns on automatically

After hooking up replacement arm the motor turns on as soon as you turn battery on. Reach out to customer service who said to calibrate drone but impossible with motor constantly on.
