Good Night Key - silver

I received the wrong color key and now I've tried both kinds of keys (Schlage and Kwikset) and neither fits in the deadbolt for my back door. I'm working with the company and I'll be returning this item, but I already have a silver moon key (Kwikset) and an antique gold sun key which fits in my front door. Even if they don't work, these are gorgeous keys that will stay on my keychain because they're so cool.
