Emerald Cut Stud Earrings

While the earrings are pretty with plenty of sparkle, the backs do not fit on the posts. They are completely loose and do not grip the post back at all. Meaning they fall right off, so I cannot wear them which makes a $40 pair of earrings completely worthless. I wrote to the company and received zero reply. I am beyond disappointed in this company that claims to have great customer service.
