Honest mistake and I’m so glad you guys reached back out to me! Not only was Chuffed very kind, they responded with a solution and very generous with their apologies. They sent the proper skate and kindly asked I donate the others. I am very pleased with my Skates! but even more impressed to have interacted with KIND humans who run their business with great respect and integrity. Thank you guys! I’m so deflated, I anticipated these for a week and they finally arrived. The box said Sunset (lilac) size 8, inside of the box was Sunrise (orange) in size 9. I’m so sad, been looking forward to starting my skating journey. I emailed the company, I hope to get a response and that there is something that can be done.
