Red Cabbage Kimchi, Medium spicy (Vegan)

Delicious

One of the tastiest kimchi I've had. Have to stop myself from eating too much at once. A medium to mild spice. Would recommend and will definitely be buying again. Love that it's not full of preservatives like the store brought.

I struggled to find a kimchi i liked but gingers pantry is the first time ive really enjoyed it , will be keeping this in my daily meals

This is my favorite Kimchi ever, and I have tried a few. I like how crunchy the veges are, the garlic flavor is there but not to strong. Personally I would give this a mild on the spicy, but maybe that's me. It can be addictive.
