The Roughie buckle is made from German Silver (nickel and brass alloy) or iron metal base. Each piece is punched, cut, soldered, engraved, polished and painted by our talented metal workers. In order to give you the quality and long lasting final product we also plate each piece with copper, nickel and silver. Our products are all handcrafted. Finally each piece is covered with a heat sealed lacquer to ensure the piece's long lasting qualities. Available at our Smyrna, TN shop just outside of Nashville.
