Velcro tab not secure

I have been using Biopods Classic Sneakers for 3 1/2 weeks. Initially, I started with the 1 mm Adjuster Disc (medium stimulus) for 3 weeks. When I changed to the 2 mm disc, I noticed that the disc on the left shoe had shifted 90 degrees while the velcro on the disc on the right shoe had detached from the disc. The disc had moved a further inch and a half up the shoe. Additionally, the seam at the heel on the left shoe was very uncomfortable; the shoe slides at the heel so not an ideal fit. I contacted Customer Service who suggested I pound the seam with a hammer which helped. The style is clunky although it does give plenty of room in the toe bed. I have concerns about the velcro failure. Not sure if I can return them at this point and go back to an insert.
