I absolutely love these wax melts when I use one it’s my favourite then I use a different one next day and that becomes my favourite honestly they are all unbelievable 👌❤️

Disappointing and poor customer care

Ordered 2 packs of these, as l liked the scents used. Burned 2 squares, as l always do with Devon Wick melts, had no scent whatsoever. Next burn increased to 3, again no scent. Increased it to 4 squares and still no scent, others in my order have not been as strong, same with the advent calendar, and finish with an acrid smell. Contacted customer services who informed me they had changed manufacturers and asked if l would like to return them. My response , sent 20th February was yes, but have had no contact from them since. Have read their return policy and their preferred method is by tracked delivery, to guarantee they are not lost in the post as they do not take responsibility if they are.. The cost is more than the melts and no guarantee of a refund. Disappointed is an understatement for a considered purchase, that was always such good quality.
