Seat spacers work great!

My vehicle is a 2026 Honda Passport RTL Towing. Love the vehicle but the driver’s seat just didn’t go back far enough for my long legs. Installing the 1” front seat spacers and 1/2” rear seat spacers made the vehicle so much more comfortable for me. The hardest part of the install was removing the factory fine thread machine bolts. Wow those things were really tight. The T50 torx seamed a little sloppy but eventually got them out.

2026 Honda Accord Seat Height Adjustment Success

All the forum talk of how awful some Honda models are for factory seat height are true, and the Accord is no exception. A quick Google search brought me to Desert Does It, and it was the correct direction to land. I was immediately impressed with material and fabrication quality when I opened the box. Money well spent based on first visual impression alone. Installation directions were clear and simple to follow. The install (passenger seat only) took about 45 minutes because I was solo and not in a hurry to make mistakes. Someone technically savvy could likely do it in 30 minutes or less. I'll be closer to that when I install the set for my driver seat. I recommend Desert Does It products to anyone suffering factory design issue their applications can remedy. Worked as desired, but instructions would have been appreciated

Definitely improved seating on my CRV, which had no height adjustment on the passenger side. Recommended. Easy installation, but would have been a lot easier with instructions included. If you loosen the rear OEM bolts, you can't back the seats over them in the track. Suggest: Seat forward, rear bolts out, seat back, front bolts out, pull seat back ~3" & install front spacers to frame with locktite. Install seats to spacers at front, but no loctite for now, install rear spacers and new bolts. Torque. Try seats for a few weeks to see if you want fewer rear spacers before doing the front & rear bolts with locktite.
