The customer service team at Duck Apparel, in particular Inga, are amazing. I actually have never dealt with such helpful & prompt customer service before, 5 stars. Raincoat is so cute, perfect weight and length for travel or just emergencies in my car. Will definitely be getting other colours.

I am not a great online shopper but was looking for a lighter weight rain jacket and puffer jacket. Sizing spot on.
