I ordered a set of custom bags. I received GREAT communication and proofs as they were being designed. Following design, the bags were built quickly and shipped quickly. They turned out exactly as the proof presented. Once I got the bags I put them in the dryer for a handful of cycles and they loosened up really nice and now play GREAT.
