The only reason for 4 stars is that it used to have a buffered pill option. Other than that if anyone has issues with other Vitamin C, the buffered is the best! I even had to wait for the powdered buffered Vitamin C to get back in stock. This is the only place i will buy my Supplements. I trust Mike & highly recommend all the products that have I have purchased. If you have issues with regular Vitamin C, get the buffered! I put mine in my Smoothies ; )
