Insufficient Packaging

The #10 envelope (standard business letter size) was thin as were the plastic baggies that held the screw set. Envelope arrived with multiple punctures throughout and no screws. I messaged the company to request they replace the damaged shipment but got no response. Shipping charge $5 for a $2 screw set but they only spent 74 cents on actual postage. I feel ripped off and ignored.
