Is This Fair Use? Case Brief Notebook

I love this casebook. It’s adorably witty, and though it isn’t hardcover, the cover seems sturdy enough. But the lack of a hardcover makes it lightweight, which may come in handy since my Property class alone has 3 required (gargantuan) books that put my kettlebells to shame. In all honesty though, the key selling point for me is the cover art. It’s adorable. What better way to add levity to the study of law than with whimsy and a kitten? Side note: please make a hardcover version of this! And I would definitely buy a hardcover planner with this cover art too!
