The booklet is laid out well but extremely difficult to navigate.

I love the layout of this book! From colour coding the pages, explanation of each section, each configuration - everything. It makes it very simple to follow and even how to break it down for exercises for clients to follow!
Excellent guide and I highly recommend!

great Product but hasn’t helped yet
The item itself is great. Well made I have no complaints it just has not fixed my Achilles tendinitis which is extremely disappointed. Still like it in theory it just has not helped.
