My experience with Starkey products customer service was 100% USA. I had questions regarding the product and I had an excellent conversation with a very knowledgeable guy that gladly answered all of my questions and didn't rush me. Actually the guy at Rigid lights turned me on to Starkey. And the nice knowledgeable lady at Fab Fours bumpers turned me on to Rigid lights. I was amazed how all three USA companies worked together and knew each other and led me in the right direction during my winch bumper conversion. I actually bought the products from each company to get a nice winch bumper with excellent quality lighting that took the place of the stock fog lights that were on my 2002 Ford F250 with the Fab Four winch bumper and Starkey made wiring the up the Rigid lights fast and easy.

I'm so glad I found these. I bought them for my 2017 F150 that has an aftermarket bumper that came with the LED pod lights. I did have to switch the polarity (super easy) but once I did that they work great and I get to retain my factory switch.

Worked great on my already existing fog light connection

I purchased these after watching some YouTube videos. These worked perfectly, and didn't even have to reverse the polarity! I was using this on a 2013 Ford F150 STX and I was connecting the old connection with the new Deutsch connection on the Cree Fog lights that the Barricade Bumper came with.
