Love the product but it was delivered hot

I love this product but it was delivered hot and didn't have a seal on top when I opened it and it spilled everywhere loosing about 1/3 of the product. I had to put it in the fridge to get it back to a solid texture.

I have been using the Good Night Lotion nightly for the last couple of weeks. It’s easy to use on the soles of my feet. It not only helps me to relax and sleep better, but also softens the bottoms of my feet! I even recommended it to a friend who has also ordered it. However, it doesn’t seem like “lotion” accurately describes it. It is more of an ointment consistency.
